Hi. What can cause hair to fall out? My cousin has been trying to grow his hair out. His hair is real thick and a little wavy and is a little over neck length long. His hair has been falling out in the back and there are huge gaps in his hair...what could be making it fall out? Everybody else in the family, including me, have stick straight blonde hair that can grow real long without falling out (we're Scandinavian). Anyway advise would be greatly appreciated as i don't really know what to tell him because never had this problem...thanks in advance.

use a shampoo called Nioxin and it's conditioner. it's expensive (18-20 dollars a bottle), but is worth every penny you put into in. you will only find them in hair salons or specialized shampoo stores

Badly damaged hair breaks at the scalp. To treat hair loss apply a little lemon juice with some black tea. Massage well and shampoo.Rub oil into the scalp.
