Hair color mistake needs correcting. Now !?

Okay, I'm naturally dirty blonde, but I've dyed my hair before.

Pre screw up yesterday it was this color.

But yesterday I decided to go bright blonde, I used a color stipper then a vanilla colored hair dye. This is how it came out.

My face looks terrible in the first one so I srcibbled it out.

My roots are white blonde, and the rest of my hair is so brassy.

Could I dye it again today without raping my hair? I knew it was going to reel sort of dry after the color stripper but I don't want it to get too bad.

And if I could, how would I do about doing it ? Since my roots are a totally different color than the rest of my hair?

I can't go to a salon and get it corrected I don' t get paid untill next week and I want the color changed today

Anything else I could do?

if you have to... without going to a professional...

your color may not come out 100% even just bc it needs to be done by a professional. many reasons... hence, color correction.

but if you must, use a natural brown demi permanent.. this will fade gradually as you shampoo... and it will give you some worth that you need. the natural will help tone down the brassiness and the brown will help add the warmth.. your roots will still be slightly lighter but it won't look as bad as what you have now.

I have had bad hair dye days too.

For one thing to get an even color you can leave like 1/2" or 3/4" from the root depending on how much of the white blonde color shows and dye the rest of your hair in layers using foil paper.

Once you have dyed all your hair and put it in foil paper in layers dye the roots the you left free since the root area is the lightest in your hair.

Time it acording to the instruction for your dye. Wash out and condition it.

Well dont go anouther drastic colour like mega dark just go a meduim brown

i think it would be ok

i dyed my cousins hair red and it didnt show up so i did it anouther 2 times before it came0 out

once youve dyed it

leave it for a while

then dye it to the colour you want

Because you've tried to go lighter, with home dyes, pretty much all of them will not turn out the way you want it to so if you want a solution, going a dark brown would probably be best for the mean time until you can get money to go to the hairdresser. Remember if you do go bright blonde you will have to get your roots done every so often at the hairdresser as if you died your roots at home, it will go the colour your hair is now. the reasone your roots turned out so light is because they are new hairs never been dyed before what i would do if i were you is wait until you get your paycheck dont mess with it anymore or it will be fried beyond belief
