Hair dye help?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

ok so about 5 months ago i dyed my hair dark brown/ blackish

and now i want to go to a chocolate brown

but semi permantent .

will it work if i just dye it?

or would i have to lighten it?

because im super afraid to lighten it

if my semi permantent hair dye starts to wash out then will my hair be blondish?

plz help me!!

ps my hair is natrually golden brown

and my hair still looks dark brown

u need oto lighten a semi perm can only darken hair not lighten to choc brown ....my advice is to go to a salon and have them fix it...

ok, its called bleach. you have to buy the bleach and bleach out your hair lightly. if you wanna go from dark to light you always have to bleach you hair then buy a color lighter than the color you wnt it. then just die it to the color you want! hope it helps :}
