Hair drying?

I take a shower in the night, so I don't have to rush in the morning for school. I usually like to dry my hair with the hair dryer so I don't go to bed with wet hair and wake up with frizzy hair. Is it okay to dry your hair if you use the low or cool setting and sometimes use a hair protectant on the ends of my hair? Thanks! :)

yes low setting is fine!! I dry my hair everyday with a hair dryer also. you might want to apply a serum (anti-frizz) I love the kiwi brand (blow silk) or sebastian (laminates drops) it tends to help with the frizz!!

I actually will use the medium setting on my own hair and clients hair. As long as you condition your hair in the shower and use a leave in conditioner or a smoothing serum, your hair should be A OK!
