Hair coloring help. Pics included.?

I'm definately ready for a change in hair color and I kind of want something drastic. So I've been thinking about the two-tone hairstyle. But I don't know what colors to do as I'm not too sure blonde will look right on me as the main color. So I was thinking maybe blonde underneath? Here's my most recent picture.

My hair is a little past the top of my shoulders now.

I was also thinking about something like this.

but with the streaks underneath my hair more so they're not AS noticable because I work in an office environment. They're not too strict on hair but I don't want to push it. So should I go with the two-tone(dark on top, light on bottom) or something like the pic? Any other pics and ideas are greatly appreciated! Thanks a bunch!

Hi! YOu are very pretty!

I suggest combining gold and light browns, a little darker thatn a dirty blonde. It will bring out your skin color and brighten you up! I suggest blending the two so the highlights won't be so visible and standing out. Heres some pics what i kind of suggest:

But in my opinion i think you should stay with the color you have now!!

But do what you feels right!
